Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)

300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar

For the Drink (makes 850ml, serving 10)

400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (see above)
A few cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish

Instructions

Making the Citrus Syrup: Combine the listed items into a pot, heat until it reaches a light boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Next, take off the stove allowing it to cool down fully. Pour into an sterilised bottle, close it and store in the fridge, where it will keep for around four weeks.

To make Premix: Mix every spirits and syrup into a large bottle, let it rest for 60 minutes, then filter it best through muslin, making it fully clarified.

For serving: Pour 85ml of the premix into a cocktail shaker containing ice, and stir lightly for a minute to cool it down. Filter into an chilled martini glass or similar, decorate with the cranberries and finish by giving it a quick spritz of the essential oil over the drink.
